The terms that apply to a free estimate visit and to this site. Plain English, short.
These terms are between you and Pasqual-Rup Construction & Remodeling, California contractor licence CSLB 404295 ("we", "us"). They cover this site and the free estimate visit you can book through it. By booking a visit or using the site you agree to them.
The visit is free and carries no obligation. We come out once, look at the actual roof or lot, and give you a written price and a start date before we leave. The price holds for the scope written down at that visit. If the scope changes, the price changes, and we tell you in writing before anything moves.
We can only price what we can safely see. If the roof cannot be safely accessed, or the lot or structure is not what the form described, we may give a partial estimate, ask to return, or decline the job.
The written estimate is an offer, not a contract. Work begins only after you and we sign a separate written home improvement contract, which will set out the scope, price, schedule and your cancellation rights under California law. Nothing on this site and nothing said at a visit commits either of us to a job.
You can cancel or move a visit at any time by calling or texting (909) 771-1899. We may need to move a visit for weather or a job that runs long; we will tell you as early as we can.
When you tick the consent box on the form we may call and text you about your request, including by automated means. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to any text to stop texts. How we handle your details is in our privacy policy.
We keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided as is. Prices, timelines and other figures on the site are typical ranges, not quotes; the only price that binds us is the one we write down for your specific project.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute about them is handled in the courts of Riverside County, California.
