What we collect when you ask for a free visit, what we do with it, who handles it, and how to have it removed.
Pasqual-Rup Construction & Remodeling (CSLB 404295) runs this site to book free roof inspections and in-home ADU consultations in the Inland Empire. This page says, in plain English, what happens to the details you type in.
On the first step of the form: your name, phone number and email address. On the next steps: your street address and ZIP code, whether you own the property, the property type, your timeline, and your answers about the roof or the lot.
When you tick the consent box we also record the date and time, the version of the consent wording you saw, your browser type, and a scrambled (hashed) form of your internet address. That record is our proof that you agreed to be contacted.
To work out whether we are the right contractor for the job, to schedule the visit, and to price it. That is all. We do not sell your information and we do not pass it to other contractors.
Once you tick the consent box on step 1 and press Continue, what you have entered so far is saved even if you close the page before finishing. That lets us follow up if you stop part way through. Until you tick that box, nothing you type leaves your browser.
GoHighLevel (LeadConnector) is the customer system where your details are stored. It schedules the visit and sends the confirmation and reminder texts and emails.
Meta (Facebook and Instagram) measures whether our ads led to a booking. Its pixel records that a page was viewed or a visit was booked, along with the standard browser information the pixel collects. We do not send Meta your name, phone number, email or address.
Vercel hosts this site and runs the small program that receives the form and passes it to GoHighLevel.
Cloudflare checks that each form submission comes from a person and not a script. It sees the standard browser information needed for that check and nothing you typed.
24 months after our last contact with you. After that your details are deleted from our systems.
Call or text (909) 771-1899 and ask us to delete your details or to stop contacting you, or reply to any email we have sent you with the same request. Reply STOP to any text message to stop texts straight away. We act on delete requests within 30 days.
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act you have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to ask us to delete it, and to opt out of any sale or sharing of it. We do not sell your personal information. Meta's pixel, which tells us whether our ads led to a booking, may count as "sharing" under California law. You can switch it off on this device with the link below, and we honour the Global Privacy Control signal if your browser sends one. To use your other rights, contact us at the number above. We will not treat you differently for asking.
